The Officers Mess at Fort Takapuna offers you a unique experience. Your wedding, anniversary, business conference, special birthday or gathering will be customized to meet your every requirement. We are a fully licensed event venue in Auckland.
The Officers Mess has three main spaces. Our space can accommodate 160 people seated. Our main space is 132 square metres, which can connect with an adjoining room of 53.6 square metres. A third room can be used at your convenience. A vast deck at the front of The Officers Mess overlooks the Hauraki Gulf and Rangitoto and is a perfect backdrop for your special event, wedding, corporate meeting, anniversary party, christmas party and more.

All of the beverages on consumption are inclusive of GST.
All of the menu prices are inclusive of GST.
BYO wine/ champagne or bubbles option is $20 per person inclusive of GST.
- There will be a surcharge added to events that fall on public holidays.
- *The minimum spend for a Friday or Saturday event is $7,400.00 plus room hire.
- No self-catering except wedding cake.
- Real flame candles are not permitted inside, as it is a historic DOC building. You are welcome to have candles on the deck and in the entranceway.
