Weekdays Monday to Thursday $1000 including GST

Built-in surround sound system for speeches + atmospheric music
All of the beverages on consumption are inclusive of GST.
All of the menu prices are inclusive of GST.
BYO wine/ champagne or bubbles option is $20 per person inclusive of GST.
BYO champagne / bubbles only $10 per person inclusive of GST.
There will be a surcharge added to events that fall on public holidays.
*The minimum spend for a Friday or Saturday event from 1st October to 1st May is $5000.00 plus room hire.
Real flame candles are not permitted inside, as it is a historic DOC building. You are welcome to have candles on the deck and in the entranceway.
If paying with a credit card, a 2% surcharge will be added to the bill.
Venue is available for 9 hours in total including any setup.
No self-catering except for any celebratory cake.
For cocktail event with only canapes menu option, time limited to 4 hours when consuming alcohol
Choose 8 options 4 hot and 4 cold
Choose 6 options 3 hot and 3 cold if you are having another meal.
